Introducing Fotia Group Building Surveyors a Melbourne-based Building Surveying firm founded in 2012, by Stephen Fotia. Stephen has more than 15 years of experience in the Building Surveying & Construction Industry. His depth of knowledge and wealth of experience allows him to know what works, so you can be confident that the services he provides will be based on real experiences and proven solutions.
While personally leading the completion of a multitude of projects, from single and multi-residential buildings, to retail developments, commercial and industrial developments; Stephen has built a particular passion for applying his experience to architecturally-designed residential and premium low-rise retail developments.
